Internal Coating Machine
Annealed aluminium tube inner walls are coated with special lining paint, then baked in a curing oven to form a chemically stable protective film. The film separates the tube contents from the aluminium base to avoid chemical reactions, giving durable chemical protection.
Why this machine
Core advantages
- Servo positioning gives uniform full coating — no voids, buildup or sagging
- Multi-spec compatible with fast mould change for custom production
- Premium core parts: low failure rate, simple maintenance, minimal downtime
- Optional spray-gun configuration: 2 + 4 or 2 + 6
- Well-matched line speed, low power use, high material yield
- Safe and reliable equipment

How it works
Equipment description
Special coating is sprayed onto the inner walls of annealed aluminium tubes and cured in an oven to create a stable protective film. It insulates the media from the aluminium substrate, avoids chemical reactions and delivers lasting chemical resistance.
