Buffer Accumulator
Two buffer accumulators sit between the annealing furnace & internal coater and between the curing oven & base coater. They cool and buffer aluminium tubes on-line to coordinate the pace of the upstream and downstream processes.
Why this machine
Core advantages
- Large storage capacity minimises frequent refilling
- Automatic feeding keeps production running steadily
- Robust structure — no damage to tubes
- Fast changeover for different tube specifications
- Fully compatible with the line for high automation

How it works
Equipment description
Two buffer accumulators are fitted in the inner-coating section — one between the annealing furnace and the inner coater, the other between the curing oven and the base coater. They cool and temporarily store aluminium tubes during continuous operation to balance the processing speed of the upstream and downstream procedures.
