What is a collapsible aluminium tube making line?
It is a fully automated line that turns aluminium slugs into finished, printed, capped and sealed collapsible tubes — the soft metal tubes used for cosmetics, ointments and pharmaceutical creams. XUNTANG builds the whole line as 16 integrated stations across 12 process steps, from impact extrusion to automatic cartoning.
What production speed can the line reach?
The line runs stably at 80–90 pcs/min, and the small-format line can reach up to 95 pcs/min. These figures are a reference for planning, not a contractual guarantee — actual throughput depends on tube size, artwork, coating and your factory conditions, which we confirm together before quotation.
Which machines are included in a complete line?
A standard line includes the extrusion press, trimming/threading machine, annealing oven, buffer accumulators, internal coating machine, curing oven, base coating machine, printing machine, leak detector, capping machine, latexing (tail sealing) machine and packing machine — plus the polymerization ovens and elevators shown in the 16-station layout.
