Extrusion Press
In the tube punching process, the extrusion press forms the aluminium discs — pre-lubricated with zinc stearate powder — into aluminium tube blanks in one step through the impact-extrusion process.

How it works
Equipment description
In the tube punching production process the extrusion press adopts one-step impact-extrusion moulding. Aluminium discs pre-treated with zinc stearate powder for surface lubrication are processed and fabricated into standard aluminium tube blanks.
