Who we are
One product, done properly.
XUNTANG designs, manufactures and commissions turnkey production lines for collapsible aluminium tubes — the soft, recyclable metal tubes used for cosmetics, personal care, ointments and pharmaceutical creams. A complete line is sixteen integrated stations working across twelve process steps, from impact-extruding the aluminium slug to automatically cartoning the finished tube.
Because we build only tube lines, every machine on this site is engineered for its exact station and coordinated by a single SIEMENS control system. We have installed more than 240 lines to date — for customers in Europe, East Asia and West Asia — and we tailor each line's format, layout and packaging to the buyer's factory floor.
